Use the same form and say so in the note field — a question about a guide, a correction, an accessibility barrier, or a complaint. It goes to the same place, and it is read by a person, not an autoresponder.

What to expect

Snapshots and replies are prepared manually, so they take a little time. Nothing here is instant, and nothing is outsourced to a call center — because there is none.
